Automatic Glue Making System (CQJ)

Our automatic glue making system is manily used for making glue for the corrugated paperboard making line.

Its main characteristics are:

1. Auto control in the whole processing to avoid the instability of adhesive capacity of the glue caused by manual control and to reduce the production cost.

2. Provide accurate formulation according to different kinds of adhesive point to ensure good quality of adhesive.

3. Conversion bewteen auto and manual operation.

4. With alarm system to indicate the phenomenon for: Maize starch lacking, feeding error, over-temperature, and system error.

5. Output: We have two kinds of output for selection,
One is 3700kg/hour with the working power at 32kw;
The other is 1800kg/hour with the working power at 22kw.

6. If the corrugated paperboard making line has already existed, the customer can also have improvement to the glue making system by using our machine, and we can give suggestion according to the situation of the production line.
